Escalada en "La Veredilla"
Ayer fuimos a escalar con los alumnos de la Academia a "La Veredilla" cerca de Benaocaz en el Parque Natural Sierra de Grazalema. Como escalar es un impulso natural, todos aprendieron rápidamente a despegar del suelo pegados a la roca. Primero, hicimos un rapel de pocos metros para acostumbrarnos a la altura y después nos fuimos directamente a las vías de escalada empezando por las más fáciles hasta alcanzar vías más complicadas, incluso con techo. No sólo aprendieron a escalar sino también a asegurar y a hacer los nudos. El tiempo acompañaba con cielos despejados y una temperatura de 12 °C. Total, fue una gran experiencia para todos.
Yesterday we went climbing with the students of
the Academia to "La Veredilla" near Benaocaz in the "Sierra de Grazalema" natural park. As climbing is a natural impulse, all students learnt quickly how to go up the rocks. First, we did abseiling to get familiar with the height and then we went to the climbs starting with the easiest ones and then going on with the more challenging routes, even with overhang. They not only learnt how to climb, but also how to belay and to make the knots. The weather was perfect with blue skies and 12 °C. Alltogether, it was a great experience for all of us.Gerstern waren wir Klettern mit den Schülern der Academia im Klettergebiet "La Veredilla" in der Nähe von Benaocaz im Naturpark "Sierra de Grazalema". Da das Klettern ein natürlicher Drang ist, haben alle schnell gelernt wie man die Wände
hochsteigt mit dem Körper immer schön nah am Fels. Zuerst haben wir uns abgeseilt von einem nicht allzu hohen Felsen, um das Gefühl für die Höhe zu bekommen. Danach sind wir direkt zu den Kletterrouten gegangen, angefangen mit den einfachsten bis hin zu komplizierteren, sogar mit Überhang. Sie haben nicht nur das Klettern gelernt, sondern auch das Sichern und die Knoten. Das Wetter war optimal mit wolkemlosem Himmel und 12°C. Alles in allem war es ein Riesenerlebnis für uns alle.
